We rebuilt the Magellan Group website, redesigned its entire visual communication, and built the hiring and training areas behind it — run by the company’s own HR team.
The previous site listed the companies and a slider of customers, with a newsletter signup at the center. It gave a visitor no reason to trust the group, and gave candidates and employees nowhere to go.
A group that runs crews, fleets and a training academy was presenting itself like a directory. The site needed a structure, a visual identity, and tools for the people who work there.
Two moves. First, a site and a visual system that present the group with the weight it deserves. Second, private areas that let the company’s own team hire and train without depending on us.
A clear architecture — The Group, Companies, Safety, Training, Request a Project — and a new visual communication applied across every page.
A careers area for candidates, a training area for employees, and one admin panel where HR staff manage all of it.
We rebuilt magellangroupusa.com around real crew photography and a direct message: the compliance arm is the group’s own. A navy palette and a clean light header give it the calm authority the buyers it serves expect.

Behind the site sits an exclusive careers area. HR staff post the positions the company opens, candidates apply in that area, and the whole thing is administered 100% by the Magellan Group HR team through their own admin panel.
The Training area works the same way. HR and the training team publish every course already delivered and the ones coming up, so employees always know what is next. A form integrated 100% with the company CRM lets employees ask for new trainings and qualification offers, and nothing gets lost.
Magellan Training Academy carries its own mark inside the group, so training reads as a distinct offer while staying part of it.

Green for Magellan and blue for the Academy, as set in its brand manual.
A small palette that keeps the Academy tied to the group.
Extra Bold for the Magellan name, Medium for Training Academy and Regular for the tagline.
The project is live. Here is what changed for the company and for the people who work there.
